Hours and reservations
After the Coronavirus lockdown, Fondazione Cesare Pavese and the Pavesian places re-open to the public with new hours and access modalities. From Saturday 13 June 2020, they can be visited only upon reservation, with a guide and in groups of maximum 4 people at a time. Visits will take place in three slots, starting at 10:30, 14:00 and 16:00, respectively. Reservations must be made via email through the form below, mentioning the day and the preferred slot (assigned based on actual availability).
Access is allowed only with a body temperature lower than 37.5°. All visitors must:
– wear face masks;
– respect interpersonal distancing;
– sanitize their hands with the liquid available at the entrance.
The visit to Fondazione Cesare Pavese starts from the new Pavese Museum, continues within the desecrated Church of Saints James and Christopher – where the writer got baptized – and ends in the house where he was born. The entire tour takes approximately 2 hours.
It is also possible to have a longer tour upon request, including the visit to Pinolo Scaglione’s workshop-house. This option takes approximately 3 hours.
- Single ticket: € 10,00
- Groups (minimum 15 people-maximum 25 people): € 8,00 per person
- Schools: € 8,00 per student
- Pinolo Scaglione’s workshop-house: € 5,00 (upon request)
The ticket includes the admission and the guided tour.
