Pavese Festival 2019
An appointment between music, art, theater and books, in the historic center of Santo Stefano Belbo. The Pavese Festival was born in 2001 with the aim of creating an annual review in the name of Cesare Pavese and paying homage to the writer through books, art, music, cinema and theater. Today it is recognized among the three main events in the province of Cuneo.
The 19th edition of the Pavese Festival took place on the last weekend of August and on the first weekend of September 2019, after the traditional opening on the bonfires night, on 4 August. Concerts (Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino, Federico Mecozzi, Enrico Rava and Andrea Pozza, Pacifico), readings (Neri Marcoré and Safir Nou), exhibitions (Massimo Ricci), conferences (Cristiano Godano) and guided walks in the old town and the vineyards let the audience dive into Pavese’s works and imagery.
