The Pavese Prize 2019

The Pavese Prize, in its renewed guise, pays homage to the figure of Cesare Pavese with four sections that reflect its multifaceted activity: publishing, non-fiction, translation and, from 2020, fiction. Also new is the jury, composed of Giulia Boringhieri, Gian Arturo Ferrari, Claudio Marazzini, Alberto Sinigaglia and Pierluigi Vaccaneo. The 36th edition, held in Santo Stefano Belbo on 26 and 27 October 2019, saw Susanna Basso for translation, Giuseppe Patota for nonfiction and Elisabetta Sgarbi for publishing among the winners.
