Mission
Fondazione Cesare Pavese aims to popularize, enhance and disseminate the human and cultural legacy of the great Piedmontese writer not only in Italy, but also and most importantly abroad, where Pavese’s scholars are many and active. It also aims to promote the historical, ethno-anthropological, economic and social studies related to the homeland of Cesare Pavese and in particular to the Langa tradition, in order to contribute to the local cultural, social and economic development.
The Foundation acts as a reference point for all the national and international initiatives related to the writer, carrying on the studies and research activity of the “Cesare Pavese” Research Centre.
